Say whether you are asking about a house we own, or offering a house we might buy. Include the address either way.

Agree a time by email before you visit. The Old Stables is not a showroom and not a front desk.
Use this for a viewing of a house we are selling, and for a house you want us to consider buying.
The address, whether the house is occupied, and what you are asking: a viewing, a question about a room, or an offer for us to buy. A few plain sentences are enough. Photographs help if you are asking us to look at a house we do not yet own.
We reply by email. If the house is ours and we are ready to show it, we offer a time. If we are not buying at present, we say that. We do not list homes that belong to other people.
